We have entered into a strategic agreement to acquire the IP rights to Alpha Aqua and its product portfolio. This acquisition supports our growth strategy and strengthens our position in the advanced water treatment market.
With this investment, we extend our product range beyond primary bio media production to include prefabricated filtration solutions and skid-based utility systems. Our focus remains on component deliveries while developing support systems for larger RAS facilities – enabling flexible, value-creating solutions for both existing and new customers.
