Lynddahl Group becomes Matters Group

Lynddahl Group has officially changed its name to Matters Group – a name that marks a new chapter and reflects a deeper commitment to making a lasting change for people, the planet, and the future.

For several years, Lynddahl Group has been known for solid craftsmanship, innovation, and responsible growth. Now, the time has come to take the next natural step forward.

“We wanted a name that speaks to what truly drives us,” says Michael Bayer Thomsen, CEO of Matters Group. “It represents the way we work, the materials we work with, the critical issues we address, and the meaningful difference our companies make every day.”

Values & shared principle

The new brand universe is built on three guiding principles: we craft, we collaborate, and we commit. These values guide everything the group does – and they come to life through the shared principle: Action Matters.

“Action Matters is our strategic and cultural driver. It’s how we turn good intentions into real progress, and how we create measurable impact for people, the planet, and future generations”, says Rasmus Brøndum Lynddahl, Chairman of the Board.

United under one name

Matters Group brings together three companies: Lynddahl, Mutag, and Lynddahl Ejendomme. Each company retains its strong and established brand but is now united under the same name Matters Group – a unifying tagline that reflects the group’s shared commitment and highlights what each company does best.
Mutag protects and purifies the world’s most vital resource: water. Lynddahl ensures the stable and reliable flow of essential resources like water and gas. Lynddahl Ejendomme secures space to support the group’s activities.

A future built on purpose

With a clearer identity and a unified name, Matters Group is better positioned to communicate its purpose and values – both internally and externally. The change is more than a name; it’s a strategic step that strengthens the group’s foundation and future direction.

Chairman of the Board Rasmus Lynddahl and CEO Michael Bayer Thomsen continue to lead the group, building on decades of experience and ensuring continuity in development and growth.

We’re building a group that’s ready for the future – rooted in purpose, driven by action, and open to partnerships that share our mission,” says Michael Bayer Thomsen.

As Matters Group moves forward, one thing remains clear: what they do – and why they do it – truly matters.
